Our goal at Angel Baked Cookies is 100% customer satisfaction.  If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your cookies or with the condition of a package after shipping, please contact us at angel@angelbaked.org or at (314) 652-6435 at your earliest convenience. Although we do not issue refunds for any payments made through our website or for orders already fulfilled, in many cases we will offer a replacement order or a discount on a future order. Because our product is perishable, we do not accept returns.
