Deliveries Policy

We deliver orders within the Greater St. Louis Area.  Our delivery charge is $2-$5 per delivery per address.  If you are unsure whether your area is available for delivery, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

We can ship products anywhere in the United States by UPS.  You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and shipped promptly. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based on our production process and your shipment’s destination, and will contact you to confirm this estimated date.  Our shipping charges are currently determined by the total dollar amount of your order.  Processing time ranges from 3-8 days depending on shipment location and our production process; we attempt to have all of our orders out for shipping between Tuesday and Friday of each week. However, if you need an order for a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to comply.

We package all our orders with utmost care. Because of the fragile nature of the cookies, we cannot guarantee their arrival conditions.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your cookies, please contact us after reviewing our Return Policy.
